The Ickleton Society is proud to be the first partner of Saffron Screen’s new project to take cinema out to village halls.
We are showing The Grand Budapest Hotel (15), a quirky, gorgeously designed madcap adventure starring Ralph Fiennes in a rare comedic role, on Saturday 17th January 2015 at 8pm in the Village Hall. It tells the story of M.Gustave, concierge of a pastel-pink Mitteleuropean hotel between the wars and the lobby boy who becomes his most trusted friend.
Tickets are £5 and can be bought on-line at www.saffronscreen.com or at the Costcutter Village shop.
Doors open at 7.15 and a range of refreshments will be available. There will be a short film before the main feature.
